Firearm Transfers

Transfer Process:

If a buyer purchases a gun online, they can contact our business or another local FFL-holding dealer to facilitate the transaction. In this case, the eCommerce retailer or individual seller ships the gun to our business address, not directly to the buyer’s residence. We contact the buyer when it is ready for pick up. When the buyer picks up the gun, the following steps take place: 

The buyer will be asked to provide a valid license or government issued photo ID and will complete an ATF form 4830.

Transfer Fees:

Background check is $12.50.

Transfer fee is $25 for the first firearm and $20 for each additional firearm.

For Dark Horse Arms to ship to another FFL the fee is $25 plus shipping.

Laser engraving services for slides, cases, grip modules without fire control unit, accessories, and other items not considered a firearm do not require a background check. 

We accept NFA items.
